We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community for all cricket enthusiasts. If you encounter content that is abusive, harassing, inappropriate, or violates our Terms & Conditions, please report it.
What Can Be Reported
- Live streams: Abusive, hateful, or inappropriate video/audio content during live match streaming.
- Team or player names: Offensive, discriminatory, or impersonating names.
- User profiles: Inappropriate profile photos or display names.
- Match content: Any match-related content used for harassment or abuse.
- Spam or fraud: Fake accounts, spam, or fraudulent activity.
How to Report
Option 1: In-App Reporting (Recommended)
The fastest way to report content is directly within the Skipper Cricket app:
- Navigate to the content you want to report (match, live stream, or user profile)
- Tap the menu icon (three dots) or Report button
- Select the reason for your report
- Add any additional details and submit
In-app reports include context (match ID, user ID, timestamps) that helps us investigate quickly.
Option 2: Email Report
If you cannot use the in-app reporting feature, send a report by email:

Please include as much detail as possible: what content you're reporting, the match or user involved, screenshots if available, and a description of the issue.
What Happens After a Report
- We review all reports within 48 hours.
- If the content violates our Terms, we take action which may include:
- Removing the offending content
- Issuing a warning to the user
- Temporarily suspending the user's account
- Permanently banning the user for severe or repeated violations
- For live streams, we may immediately terminate the stream if it contains clearly abusive content.
- We do not share the identity of the reporter with the reported user.
Community Guidelines
To keep Skipper Cricket a welcoming place for everyone:
- Be respectful to all players, scorers, and spectators.
- Use appropriate language in team names, player names, and live streams.
- Do not use the platform to harass, bully, or threaten others.
- Do not stream content that is violent, hateful, sexually explicit, or illegal.
- Respect intellectual property — do not stream copyrighted content you don't have rights to.
