Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Skipper Cricket mobile application and related services ("Service") operated by Leveret Technologies Private Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid phone number to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
2. SMS Messaging Program (One-Time Passcode)
Program name: Skipper Cricket — Login Verification (OTP)
Program description: Skipper Cricket uses SMS to deliver one-time verification codes (OTPs) that authenticate you when signing in to the Service. This is a transactional two-factor authentication program. We do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring messages.
2.1 How to opt in
You opt in to the SMS Messaging Program by entering your mobile phone number on the Skipper Cricket "Welcome to Skipper" login screen (iOS app, Android app, or web app at www.skippercricket.com) and tapping the CONTINUE button. The screen prompts you to "Enter your phone number to get started. We'll send you a one-time code." and, directly below the CONTINUE button, displays the following consent disclosure with links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy: "By entering your phone number, you consent to receive a one-time verification code via SMS. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Terms & Privacy Policy." After tapping CONTINUE, you are taken to the "Verify Phone" screen where you enter the 6-digit code that was sent to your number and tap Verify to complete sign-in.
2.2 Message frequency
You will receive one (1) SMS message per login attempt that you initiate. We do not send unsolicited or recurring SMS messages. Typical users receive between zero and a few messages per month, depending on how often they sign in.
2.3 Message and data rates
Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving SMS messages. Skipper Cricket does not charge you for OTP messages.
2.4 Opt-out instructions
You can opt out of the SMS Messaging Program at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from Skipper Cricket. After you reply STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message, and we will not send you any further SMS messages. You can re-enroll at any time by initiating a new login and entering your phone number again. You can also delete your account (which removes your phone number from our systems) via the Account Deletion page.
2.5 Help
For help with the SMS Messaging Program, reply HELP to any SMS message you receive from Skipper Cricket, or contact us at support@skippercricket.com. Include the phone number you signed up with so we can assist you.
2.6 Supported carriers and compatibility
The SMS Messaging Program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their respective prepaid and MVNO brands. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is not guaranteed; delivery depends on carrier network conditions.
